Dr. Frank Elterman is the Managing Partner and Medical Director of Prestige Providers, where he brings together deep clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to elevate the standard of care across a broad range of post-acute facilities. A board-certified Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Elterman completed his residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University, graduating with honors.
As an actively practicing physician, Dr. Elterman regularly provides direct care in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and other post-acute settings. He approaches each patient with a comprehensive, personalized approach—managing complex medical conditions and chronic illnesses with a focus on improving quality of life and fostering patient dignity. Dr. Anita Gofran is a highly respected physician with extensive experience across hospital medicine, nephrology, and internal medicine. She joins our post-acute care team after years of providing exceptional care as a hospitalist with Premier, where she earned a reputation as one of Collier County’s most trusted and compassionate physicians.
Her diverse clinical background spans major medical centers and private nephrology practices in New York and Texas, as well as service within the Veterans Affairs healthcare system. This broad experience allows her to bring a deep, well-rounded clinical perspective to the post-acute environment.
Dr. Gofran is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and completed both her residency and renal fellowship training at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and her undergraduate degree from Columbia University.

Dr. Mihaela Satalan is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 13 years of experience as an attending physician. She has an extensive background in hospital medicine and has cared for patients with a wide range of acute, chronic, and complex medical needs throughout Florida and Tennessee.
Dr. Satalan earned her medical degree from the Iuliu Hatieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She later completed her Internal Medicine residency at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. Her diverse clinical background also includes early training in emergency medicine, general surgery, pediatric surgery, and infectious disease, providing her with a broad and well-rounded perspective on patient care.
